On June 17th 2025, Dr. Deborah Money was interviewed on Global News BC during a segment dedicated to discussing the updated guidelines for miscarriage care for Canadian medical care providers. As part of the interview, Dr. Money described the key changes that have been suggested for miscarriage care in Canada in these new guidelines, which were released by The Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (SOGC) in May of 2025. She also advocated for how important it is for care providers to adhere to these updated guidelines, so that the emotional distress and impact on maternal mental health of miscarriage and its associated care can be reduced as much as possible.
