This year, the RID Program was represented at the Canadian Conference on HIV/AIDS Research by Sofia Nicolls, who is a master’s student pursuing her MSc. as part of the NOVA-HIV Study.

Strong Showing for RID Program at 2025 Conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections (CROI) in San Francisco, USA!
This year, RID Program investigator Dr. Jeffrey Wong and FLEX Project student Rosa Balleny, attended CROI to present a poster on the work they have completed on the impact of the use of the antiretroviral medication Bictegravir (Biktarvy) during pregnancy, on perinatal and infant outcomes.
